-Development of bioresorbable thin films as tissue engineering scaffolds- How scary! Eek.. a funded project that is VERY BIG AMOUNT.. i heard 5000 but am not sure until i ask ms priya naidu tml again. 2 of us doing such a big project, i wonder how we can handle it man.. we need to use a lot of laboratories so i am quite worried how much we are going to do. Answers will be out tml when meena and i get to talk to ms priya.. Project is performed in collaboration with Singapore National Eye centre.. so i dont know if it is a good thing a not.. afterall they were the ones who funded us ... haha.. tml see how! And i have to do research on this topic later so that i have a rough idea :) Went to chunmei's house and went through her exam piece with her.. not going through exactly but helping her to listen.. i like to help people in pipa though i am not so good in playing hee.. but i never changed anything of hers, just called her to breathe correctly, seperate the phrases, play clearly.. chunmei jiayou for the exam! hope u score better! Her mum is so nice btw.. a very nice mum i see... aiya most mums are nice.. but her mum doesnt lose temper easily.. i got that feeling.. Tml meeting nick and maybe chunmei.. cause i gonna be "STUDYING" with them again huh? haha.. helping nick with 2 subjects again.. since exams are nearing! wahaha.. i like to teach! feeling of teaching is quite good :) So i am going to discuss this now! Sharing how i feel.. Which would u choose? The loved/The lover/The friend? I would like to be the loved. Because to love is painful. Although it might give you the short term happiness that you are searching for, but to be loved is a more blessed feeling that to love someone.. To be friends are worst, you see your loved ones have gf, get married.. isnt that worse? A leaf/A fruit/A flower? I want to be a flower. Because i like attention, i like people to take note of me. I would never be a leaf, because no one will care whether you turn yellow and die.. But for flowers, it is different. Bees and other animals might love you, when you die, turn yellow, fade.. people will note of it.. but if u are a fruit.. you will either be eaten up, or you would just be plucked away. The price of flower, fruit and tree.. isnt it obvious? Blind/deaf/mute? I would rather be mute.. i would be so sad if i could not see the person i love.. i would be so sad if i could not hear music forever.. so i would rather keep quiet my whole live :) If it is you, what would u pick? Some questions for me to think... 1. What would you like to do in a free afternoon? I would like to play qin, listen music and do cleaning of the house :) 2. What are the qualities of a 'good friend'? To be able to stand by my side no matter when, to be able to understand me and believe me.. and to be accompaniment for us whenever we need each other.. 3. Who has greatly influenced your life? Musically wise, it is my teachers and the music friends around me that motivated me to work so hard.. yes that is right, the 6-7 of you, not forgetting u yiqing :) For life, it is my mother, who taught me how to handle stuffs when i am at a loss.. 4. What gives you the most security? Home. 5. What is your greatest fear? When i realised one day i cannot hear or play music.. 6. What scares you the most about next year? My future life.. my directions.. 7. What is one thing others like best about you? Joker.. Humorous? wahaha.. and entertaining :) 8. When do you feel most lonely? Valentine's i guess.. 9. What do people recognise as your biggest fault? Too sensitive? Easily depressed and demoralised.. 10 What is the last thing you will be willing to give up? PIPA.
